Our Unique and Innovative Approach
In-house investigation, Documentation and Estimation:
Where many of our competitors divert the time and energy of investigating, documenting and writing the loss on to the contractor, our fee includes us handling every bit of that, with contractor input as needed. Our Director of Investigations, Andrew Behrens, is one of only forty-four Certified Xactimate Trainers in North America, while the entire remaining team is Level 3 certified. We are the only public adjusting firm in the country, and perhaps the world, that can say this. This vastly improves the efficiency of the claims handling process and thus the timeline of the claims we handle.
In-house Engineering:
We may also be the only public adjusting firm that offers an in-house forensic engineer, Kirk McCluckie. This allows us to not only include forensic reports as part of our fee, but it also eliminates the potential for time delays due to waiting on qualified third-party engineers.
Singular Focused Public Adjusters:
Since none of our public adjusters are tasked with developing business or investigating and estimating claims, they are able to completely devote their focus to the negotiation and settling of our clients claims. This greatly aides in the elimination of the two most common complaints we hear regrading public adjusters: extended timelines and poor communication.
Our Fee Structure:
Our contingency fee is 10% of the entire claim or 15% of new monies WHICHEVER IS LESS.
WE NEVER CHARGE MORE THAN 10% OF THE ENTIRE CLAIM.
Discretion:
As a fiduciary, our expertise, professionalism and ethics start well before we take a claim. Through weather research, policy review and a thorough preliminary damage investigation, we make certain we have the supporting facts from the very start. We believe the facts are there or they aren’t. A claim with poor facts can quickly become a policyholder and contractor’s nightmare through extreme delays, costly expenses, stress and likely an undesirable outcome. Preliminary claim vetting is the largest component of our service offering and is always complimentary.
