Our Story

Virtudesk started as a side hustle while our current Founder and CEO, Pavel Stepanov, was managing his brokerage, Nexus Realty. He thought of a virtual assistant company that addressed the specific needs of business owners and would pair them with professional and highly-trained virtual assistants from the Philippines. His first clients were real estate agents, knowing they needed to take tasks off their list to focus on selling. In the last five years, Virtudesk has grown to serve clients across all industries.

In August 2021, Virtudesk made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the United States. This means that in the span of three years, Virtudesk has successfully achieved a growth rate of 454%, and achieved 1068th placement on the INC 5000 list.
